A 30sec Self Directed Film

In english we have been making our own 30 second films, in five groups we chose topics and started planning. I don't know much about the planning because I was doing something else but I can tell you about other things. I being the main actor had the most important part, if I wasn't there the film would have been a disaster. I had to steal a book and get caught! I know so cool, be amazed. We filmed six different scenes the last one was me being caught, I wanted to hit the librarian with a book though. The editing took a while but we ended up with a great film, it had great music too. Actually never mind the editors failed ha ha ha hee.
hopefully you like it because I did but don't anymore.

Oh questions:
  • What am I learning?
About making films.
  • How does this work show my learning?
it has the finished product.
  • What am I wondering as a result of this learning?
how long it takes to make an hour and a half film, this took three weeks.

I really like what you have done here. You created a sense of anticipation for me as you neared the end. How might you have changed this if you'd had a minute to fill instead of 30 seconds?

  2. Kia Ora Thomas,
Well done on finishing your film, your group has worked well together and produced a nice final product. In your reflection you tell us that you were the lead actor, what was that like? How would your group have coped if you had been away? Apart from acting, did you have any other roles e.g planning, filming, editing?
